RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email support@j3xvishop.com within 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a return authorization.

Returned/exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages and returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
J3:XVI must receive returned/exchanged items within 15 days of return authorization.
The cost of returning items to J3:XVI is customer's responsibility.
J3:XVI is not responsible for any returned/exchanged that are lost during mail transit.
Delivery charges are only refundable if an item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
